With over 11 years of experience in fitness training, construction, and engineering, I bring a unique and well-rounded perspective to youth athletic training. My journey as a fitness trainer and project manager, complemented by my recent Science of Training Young Athletes certification from the University of Florida, has deepened my commitment to nurturing the next generation of athletes. This certification has equipped me with advanced knowledge on developing strength, agility, and endurance in young athletes, focusing on science-backed training methods that promote both physical growth and emotional well-being.
I specialize in creating individualized programs that support the holistic development of young athletes. From age-appropriate conditioning exercises to techniques that ensure long-term health and peak performance, my approach is grounded in the latest scientific research on youth training. I am passionate about guiding kids towards achieving their athletic potential in a safe, encouraging environment, while instilling values of discipline, teamwork, and resilience.
